Shipping and Returns
I begin crafting your piece once 60% of the price has been paid — that's when your order is officially confirmed and the work starts.
The crafting time depends on the rug you choose and is listed under each product. Throughout the process, I'll keep you in the loop with updates so you always know how your piece is coming along.
Once your rug is finished, you'll receive an email letting you know it's ready. After the remaining 40% of the price has been paid, your order will be shipped within 3 business days.
Delivery Time
Standard delivery: 5–10 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors like holidays or courier delays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is on me - you don't pay anything extra for delivery.
Order Tracking
Once I've shipped your order, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow it all the way to your door.
Returns and Refunds
Your satisfaction matters to me, and I do my best to make sure your shopping experience is a happy one.
A Note on Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces
Since every rug is handcrafted especially for you, custom and made-to-order pieces can only be returned in the case of a manufacturing defect or damage during shipping. Because each piece is made uniquely with you in mind, I kindly ask for your understanding that bespoke orders can't be returned in case of a change of mind.
Please also note that if an order is cancelled after the work has already begun, the initial 60% payment is non-refundable, as it covers the materials and time invested in your piece.
Returns
For non-custom items, you can return your order within 14 days of receiving it, as long as:
The item is unused and in its original condition
The item is in its original packaging
Refunds
Once I've received and inspected the returned item, I'll let you know. If your return is approved:
The refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
